MOUNDSVILLE – In September 2000, things weren’t going so well for Kanawha City residents Ernestine and Thurman Townsend. An elderly couple, they both had medical issues. Mason doctor to petition court for new special prosecutor

POINT PLEASANT – A special prosecutor looking into allegations of criminal activity committed by a Point Pleasant attorney may be relieved of her duties for failing to take any action. On Tuesday, Wood County Prosecuting Attorney Ginny Conley was supposed to make a presentation before the Mason County grand jury which started a new term Monday. Judge David J.
