POINT PLEASANT – A special prosecutor looking into allegations of criminal activity committed by a Point Pleasant attorney may be relieved of her duties for failing to take any action. On Tuesday, Wood County Prosecuting Attorney Ginny Conley was supposed to make a presentation before the Mason County grand jury which started a new term Monday. Judge David J.
