SPENCER — A Charleston engineering firm says victorious attorneys in a multi-million dollar gas royalties case cheated it out of fees from the case.
CHARLESTON – As the battle over where to hear his lawsuit against retail drug stores continues, state Attorney General Darrell McGraw says the defendants have misconstrued a recent ruling.
The federal government wants to foreclose on this home owned by disbarred Charleston attorney John E. Lutz Jr. on Mt. Vernon Place in Charleston to help pay for back taxes he owes. CHARLESTON – The federal government has initiated legal action against a disbarred Charleston attorney to collect over $1.5 million he owes in back taxes.
