This side street in Parkersburg is where Debora Barnes was struck by a car in Dec. 2009 while walking from Parkersburg South High School’s parking lot, in background on the left, to South Parkersburg Baptist Church, on the right, for a Christmas play, and died a month later as a result of her injuries.
