CHARLESTON — A Fairmont man is suing 97 companies he claims are responsible for his lung cancer.
On Dec. 11, 2008, Delbert Warren Kittle was diagnosed with lung cancer, according to a complaint filed Dec. 10 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Kittle claims he smoked cigarettes from 1953 until 2007, but then quit.
Kittle is seeking a jury trial to resolve all issues involved. He is being represented by Bronwyn I. Rinehart.
The case has been assigned to a visiting judge.
The 97 companies named as defendants are A.W.
