BUCKHANNON -– Supreme Court Justice Robin Jean Davis will be the keynote speaker at an Upshur County Schools Dropout Prevention Summit this week.
The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, at the Benedum Social Hall on the campus of West Virginia Wesleyan College in Buckhannon.
Wesleyan President Pamela Balch; Twenty-Sixth Judicial Circuit Judge Thomas H. Keadle; and Jodie Akers, Director of Student Services and Attendance for Upshur County Schools, will be among the other speakers.
