* Hage claims on Dec. 14, 2010, the defendant granted a domestic violence order against him without allowing him the opportunity to defend himself or to present his more than 50 witnesses attesting to his character. Hage claims at no time did he make physical threats or violent acts of any kind when his wife came into the bedroom where he was resting because he was ill and said that he was “abusing her and her girls by being ill in bed.” Hage is seeking for the court to grant a new hearing in the matter, that he be allowed to present his evidence, for his wife to receive a proper and thorough mental examination and damages of $5 million “for all the abusive attacks that he has done” to Hage and his family.
