HUNTINGTON — Big Sandy Furniture, Inc., is suing after it claims a company failed to honor its agreement.
On June 1, 2009, Big Sandy and Jars entered into a sublease agreement of certain real property or business location in the Merritts Creek Business Plaza, according to a complaint filed July 31 in Cabell Circuit Court.
Big Sandy claims the sublease agreement called for sublease monthly rental payment of $3,000 per month.
Jars has failed and refused to pay in accordance with the terms of the sublease agreement, according to the suit.
Big Sandy claims the defendant owes $11,920.41 pursuant to the sublease agreement.
Jars breached its sublease agreement by failing and refusing to pay its monthly rental payment, according to the suit.
Big Sandy is seeking judgment in the amount of $11,920.41. It is being represented by Charles C. Amos.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge F. Jane Hustead.
