CHARLESTON — Managing member Charles R. “Chuck” Bailey has been listed as a notable practitioner in litigation by his peers in the 2012 edition of the reputable legal industry publication Chambers and Partners.
Bailey was recognized for his hard-working attitude as well as his extensive knowledge and experience in working with government entities. He is also versed in practicing in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense, medical malpractice, product liability, aviation and construction claims.
