Westmoreland CHARLESTON – A legal grudge match pitting two doctors against each other may hold as much at stake over the future of medical malpractice cases as last week's Friends of Coal Bowl had for bragging rights as to who would be the state's No. 1 football team.
Vaidya POINT PLESANT – In addition to the case now on appeal before the state Supreme Court, a Point Pleasant urologist is defending himself against in a second malpractice suit, one which has been dormant for seven years.

CHARLESTON – Eli Lilly and Company has filed a notice of removal to have a lawsuit filed against it by the state Attorney General's office moved to Federal Court.
