PERSONNEL FILE: Grigoraci is newest member of Robinson & McElwee

CHARLESTON -- Robinson & McElwee has announced the addition of Mark Grigoraci as the firm’s newest member.

Grigoraci will continue his work in the labor and employment practice group in the firm’s Charleston office.

Grigoraci joined the firm as an associate in 2005. His practice has focused primarily on the representation and counseling of employers in workers’ compensation and federal black lung matters and a wide array of labor and employment issues. He has presented and participated in the preparation of several seminars on workers’ compensation and labor and employment law.

Grigoraci is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, ALFA International Workers’ Compensation Practice Group and Beta Gamma Sigma.

Prior to joining Robinson & McElwee, Grigoraci served as an Assistant Attorney General at the West Virginia Attorney General’s Office, Workers’ Compensation Defense Division. As an Assistant Attorney General, Grigoraci handled numerous workers’ compensation claims involving a multitude of issues.

Grigoraci holds cum laude degrees from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and from Marshall University’s College of Business. He is a member of the Basilica of the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart in Charleston and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern West Virginia.
