CHARLESTON -- A Kanawha County man is suing a former employer, claiming he was denied payment of commissions earned.
James Storms filed a lawsuit Jan. 14 in Kanawha Circuit Court against Digital Networks LLC, citing breach of contract.
Storms alleges in the suit that on Dec. 2 the defendant terminated his employment. According to the claim, the defendant did not pay Storms the commission payment he earned prior to his termination.
Storms is seeking damages, interest, attorney's fees and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Charleston attorneys Todd S. Bailess and Joy B. Mega of Bailess Law PLLC.
