WINFIELD -- A man is suing a truck driver for allegedly causing a collision.
John Lawrence Cottrell filed a lawsuit Jan. 31 in Putnam Circuit Court against Mohr Trucking Co. Inc. and Jason Leon Cummings, citing negligence.
On Feb. 3, 2012 Cottrell was traveling north on W.Va. 34 in Putnam County when the defendant, driving a truck for Mohr Trucking, negligently made a right turn and collided with the plaintiffs vehicle.
Cottrell is seeking an undisclosed amount of damages. He is being represented in the case by attorneys David O. Moye and Lisa M. Moye. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Joseph Reeder.
