Vera Bradley Designs Inc. filed a lawsuit Feb. 14 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Melinda L. Cook, doing business as Nouveau Business Concepts Inc., doing business as Merle Norman Cosmetics.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes plaintiff $27,591.56 on a past-due account.
