HUNTINGTON -- A Cabell County man is being sued over claims he caused a car collision that led to another man's injury.
Tyler W. Smith filed a lawsuit Feb. 24 in Cabell Circuit Court against James A. Barbour, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Dec. 28, Smith was driving east on Interstate 64 near Huntington when his vehicle was rear-ended by the vehicle Barbour was operating, causing injury to the plaintiff.
Smith is seeking damages in an amount to be determined by the court. He is being represented in the case by attorney George B. Morrone III of Mundy & Associates.
