SUMMERSVILLE -- A West Virginia bank is seeking an unpaid balance from a Summersville construction company.
Branch Banking and Trust Co. filed suit Feb. 26 in Nicholas Circuit Court naming Stull Construction and Richard Stull as the defendants.
According to BB&T's complaint, Stull opened a line of credit with it in 2012. Stull apparently is in arrears on his payments to BB&T in the amount of $7,214.34. BB&T initiated this lawsuit seeking to recover the unpaid money.
BB&T is seeking $7,213.34 in damages and is being represented by attorney Christopher R. Moore.
