RIPLEY -- A West Virginia company is suing, alleging nonpayment.
Waste Management of West Virginia Inc. filed a lawsuit in March in Jackson Circuit Court against Fox Engineering PLLC, doing business as Fox Engineering and Construction, citing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
The complaint states Waste Management provided waste removal and hauling services to the plaintiff. The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed to pay them in full for the provided services.
The plaintiff is seeking the remaining unpaid balance of $5,305.10, plus interest and costs.
Waste Management of West Virginia is being represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Thomas C. Evans III.
