WINFIELD -- A Putnam County woman is suing over claims she was injured in a collision caused by an employee of a construction company.
Donna J. Page filed a lawsuit May 20 in Putnam Circuit Court against P&L Enterprises LLC and Brian Potter, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, Potter was operating a vehicle in his employment with P&L Enterprises on Interstate 64 on June 6 when he failed to stop and struck the car carrying Page, causing her injury. Page says immediately following the collision, Potter tried to tamper with evidence by giving a false report of the collision to investigating officers in order to avoid responsibility.
Page is seeking compensatory damages.
She is being represented in the case by attorney Tony L. O'Dell of Tiano O'Dell PLLC. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Joseph Reeder.
