CHARLESTON — Matthew R. Bowles has been elected as the newest member of Lewis, Glasser, Casey & Rollins PLLC, according to Richard L. Gottlieb, the firm’s managing member.
Lewis Glasser, based in Charleston, serves clients in a wide range of commercial sectors throughout West Virginia and Ohio.
Bowles practices primarily in commercial law and transactions, with a special emphasis in healthcare, business organizations, acquisitions and divestitures, real estate development, technology services, and finance. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Bowling Green State University and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence, Magna Cum Laude, from The University of Tennessee College of Law. Bowles has been with the firm since 2007.
Bowles serves on the Board of Directors of The Counseling Connection, and is the immediate past President of that corporation. He serves on the Finance Committee and Board of Directors of Catholic Charities West Virginia, as well as on the Western Regional Advisory Council for Catholic Charites West Virginia. He is active at St. Agnes Church and is a graduate of the Leadership West Virginia class of 2013. Matt, his wife Jenna, and their daughter Alice, live in Charleston.
