Senn Freight Lines Inc. v. Roy Jenkins dba Capitol's Mobile Service and Repair

* Senn Freight claims Jenkins improperly conducted repairs on their truck. Jenkins' negligent repairs resulted in serious engine damage, and thereby resulted in 18 days of the truck being non-functional. Senn has incurred significant repair costs, towing expenses and loss of income/profits. They are seeking judgment of $25,511.00 plus costs and attorney fees.

* While at Ashebrooke, Linder says a full keg of beer fell from a height of 4 feet onto her foot, causing her serious injury. She has sustained physical and mental pain and suffering, emotional upset, loss of wages and delay of education. She is seeking compensatory damages, costs and interest.
