CLARKSBURG -- William J. Black has joined the Business Department of Steptoe & Johnson PLLC practicing in the firm's Clarksburg office as an associate.
Black will focus his practice in the areas of banking and commercial transactions.
He received his legal education from West Virginia University College of Law, where he was a member of the M. E. Lugar Trial Association. Black received his undergraduate degree in business administration from West Liberty State College in 2003.
