* Jordan was a truck driver and delivery person for Pepsi. The job required him to load and unload beverages from the truck and deliver them to stores. Jordan sustained a shoulder injury while delivering beverages in January 2004. After having surgery and returning to his job, he sustained a second shoulder injury in June 2004. Jordan claims he was then terminated because his supervisor thought he couldn't recover from his injuries. He is suing for violations of the Human Rights Act and is seeking punitive and compensatory damages.
