* On March 3, 1997, the Defendants entered into a Retail Installment and Security Agreement with Route 35-Repo Depot for the purchace of a 1994 Indies Manufactured Home. The Defendants acquired financing from BankAmerica, who assigned its servicing rights and responsibilities to the First National Bank of Chicago, who then assigned them to GreenPoint Credit. On March 14, 2000, the Defendants filed a voluntary petition for Ch. 7 Bankruptcy, but on July 6, 2000, they received a discharge in bankruptcy, and the Defendants defaulted the Security Agreement by failing to make payments when due, the amount $15,755.12, as of March 29, 2007. The Plaintiff seeks immediate possession of the Manufactured Home to Green Tree Servicing, LLC so that it may proceed to dispose of it as provided by the U.C.C. provisions governing secured transaction.

* The Plaintiff hired the Defendant to steam out a roll mark in newly installed carpet in a customer's hourse. The plaintiff says the defendant ruined the carpet and refuses to reimburse the plaintiff for replacing the carpet. The plaintiff seeks the cost for replacing the damaged carpet in the amount of $765.46, court costs, interest and attorney fees. The defendant calls for a dismissal of the case.

* In July 2005 and January 2006, the plaintiffs purchased hardwood flooring from the defendants that failed to conform to the implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for particular purpose. As a direct and proximate result of the non-conformity of the goods and breaches of the warranty, the plaintiffs have suffered both pecuriary losses and general damages of a consequential and incidental nature. The plaintiffs seek compensation for the damages sustained, costs and attorney fees.
