Bailey
CHARLESTON -- Charles R. Bailey, Esq., has been appointed to the West Virginia University College of Law Development Council.
The Development Council oversees present and future capital improvement projects for the WVU College of Law, and also assists in coordinating funding for the same. Mr. Bailey graduated from the College of Law in 1982.
He is Managing Partner of the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC, and specializes in a variety of practice areas, including Insurance Defense, Labor/Employment Law, Governmental Liability, Insurance Extra-Contractual Matters, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability and Personal Injury Defense, Aviation Law, and Employment Benefits.
His term expires in 2011.
