CHARLESTON -- Kanawha County Magistrate Julie Yeager is winding up her primary race for re-election with a rally May 9.
The event is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Power Alley Clubhouse at Appalachian Power Park in downtown Charleston.
