* Floyd Queen filed a medical malpractice suit against Cabell Huntington Hospital, claiming he was injured while hospitalized for several weeks. Robert Jobe v. Cabell County Commission

* Robert Jobe, of Cabell County, filed a suit against the Cabell County Commission, seeking to be reinstated to his job with the emergency medical services. Jobe claims he was fired because of his age, which is a violation of the West Virginia Human Rights Act. He seeks to be reinstated to his former position, or front pay in lieu of reinstatement, plus back pay and an award for emotional distress, embarrassment and mental anguish.
