CHARLESTON -- The State Law Library will present a free workshop titled "Basic Tax Information."
Featured speakers will be Mary Dillon from the Tax Assistance Project and Ron Young from the IRS. The session will focus on basic tax information, earned income credit, tax stimulus package and assistance with free tax filing.
The workshop will be held at 5:30 p.m. March 26 in the State Law Library, located in Building 1, Room E-404 of the State Capitol Complex. Metered parking is available behind the Cultural Center near the parking garage and along California Avenue. The workshop is open to the public, and no registration is required.
