MARTINSBURG -- Martin & Seibert L.C. is pleased to announce that it has hired two new attorneys to join its Charleston and Martinsburg offices.

Geoffry Haddad joined the Charleston office in July.

Haddad has extensive experience representing corporate, insurance, and individual clients in a diverse array of litigation matters including insurance cases, professional malpractice litigation, negligence cases, and automobile product liability lawsuits.

He regularly represents and appears on behalf of State Farm and its policyholders as defense counsel and has successfully represented numerous clients resulting in advantageous settlements and jury verdicts.

Before becoming an attorney, Haddad served as Vice President of Haddad's Incorporated, a ladies specialty clothing store in South Charleston.

Adam J. Bullian joined the Martinsburg office in May. His practice is primarily concentrated in the area of insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Bullian worked for a U.S. Department of Justice contractor where he was assigned to the team representing the Army Corps of Engineers in Hurricane Katrina litigation.

While in this role, he became proficient at electronic discovery reviews and production of voluminous sets of documents similar to that encountered in "bad faith" and institutional litigation against business and corporate defendants. Bullian has also worked in private practice handling a variety of civil matters.

Bullian is a native of Morgantown. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in History and Political Science in 2004. He continued his education at the West Virginia University College of Law where he graduated in 2007.

While in law school, Bullian completed two clerkships and also taught aspiring law students prior to entrance examinations.

When not practicing law, Bullian enjoys an active life in his community. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of SteppingStones in Morgantown and has worked to bring a Miracle League Baseball Complex to the Baltimore-Washington metropolitan area.

"We are fortunate to have such talent and experience on our litigation team," said Walter M. Jones III, the firm's managing shareholder. "These attorneys strengthen the level of service we are able to provide our clients locally, regionally and nationally."

Martin & Seibert is a premier regional law firm with offices in West Virginia, Virginia and Maryland. Established in 1908, the firm has grown steadily over the past century. The solid foundation constructed 100 years ago is still evident today as the firm constantly strives to provide the best possible service for its clients and leadership in the community.
