CHARLESTON -– The Foster Law Firm is pleased to announce the selection of William F. Foster II as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2008.
Super Lawyers is a national listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
"This award is a testament not only to my achievements, but the achievements of the entire firm," Foster said. "The success we've attained in the past few years has certainly exceeded my expectations."
Super Lawyer accepts only peer nominations who have personally observed the nominated attorney in action, whether as opposing counsel or co-counsel, or through other firsthand observation in the courtroom. The nominations are then sent through a thorough review process, including organizational research and an additional panel of peers within the attorney's practice area.
Super Lawyers' Rising Stars are those who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
"It is such an honor to be recognized by your peers," said Foster. "I appreciate it greatly."
