William David White-McCormick vs. WesBanco
PA-Boyce Griffith; J-Hoke

The mother and legal guardian was authorized "to deposit the settlement in an interest bearing account … until the infant attains the age of majority." The money was deposited in the Dunbar WesBanco branch, where a CD was titled "Diane McCormick Trustee for William David White" instead of Legal Guardian. The bank refused to surrender the funds to the petitioner.
