PERSONNEL FILE: Salsbery joins Dinsmore & Shohl's Charleston office

CHARLESTON -- Dinsmore & Shohl is pleased to announce that H.F. Salsbery has joined the firm as a partner in the Litigation Department.

Salsbery moved from Bailey & Glasser LLP to Dinsmore & Shohl's Charleston office.

"Mr. Salsbery brings a wealth of experience to our litigation group. That experience coupled with his maturity will help serve our clients in West Virginia and throughout the region," said Henry Jernigan, Managing Partner of Dinsmore & Shohl's West Virginia offices.

Salsbery brings with him more than 35 years of experience as a trial and appeals lawyer. He has tried cases in criminal matters involving RICO, CCE, murder, embezzlement, various conspiracies and other matters as a federal prosecutor and then as a defense lawyer.

Salsbery currently serves as national trial counsel for manufacturing defendants in mass torts involving welding rods and isocyanate exposure. Having tried more than 150 civil and criminal cases, Salsbery is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
