Troy L. Robinson v. Deleno H. Webb III, M.D., Area Psychiatric and Psychotherapy Group, Inc.

* Robinson was a patient of Dr. Webb's from February 1997 until April 2008. During that time, Webb allegedly diagnosed Robinson with Bi-Polar disorder and prescribed him an oral lithium tablet. The suit claims that by 2004, Robinson's lithium level was recorded as elevated and his creatinine blood level was at a dangerous level. He claims Dr. Webb continued to prescribe the tablet despite this. In March 2007, Robinson was diagnosed with end stage renal disease as a result of lithium toxicity. He is suing Dr. Webb for medical negligence and is seeking compensatory and punitive damages.

Global Management Solutions Inc. v. Metropolitan Partners LLC and Metropolitan Huntington LLC

* Global Management was hired for the cleaning and maintenance of the Pullman Square shopping center in Huntington. According to the suit, Metropolitan has failed to pay for the services and is now owes more than $72,000 to the Plaintiffs. Metropolitan is seeking compensatory damages in that amount.

Stephen Cashion v. Matt Wooten

* In February 2008, Cashion was working on a construction project in Ona. According to the suit, Wooten assaulted and battered him without provocation. Cashion claims he was beat in the head and face with a concrete pin. The suit claims Cashion was beat so badly that he had to have his left eye removed. He is seeking $30,000 in lost wages and $50,000 in medical expenses.
