PERSONNEL FILE: Gould elected to Jenkins Fenstermaker Management Committee

HUNTINGTON -– Jenkins Fenstermaker recently announced the election of Charles K. Gould, member, to the firm's Management Committee where he will be responsible for drafting and implementing firm management policies.

Gould replaces Robert H. "Bo" Sweeney Jr., who returns to full-time practice in asbestos, mass tort and construction litigation.

He has enjoyed much success in his practice and in leading our attorney recruiting efforts over the past several years." said Jenkins Fenstermaker CEO Barry Taylor. "We know he will make significant contributions to our continued success and leadership in our community."

Gould was hired as an associate by Jenkins Fenstermaker in 1997 and elected to membership in 2006. His practice areas include domestic relations and general civil litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree from Ohio University and his juris doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.

Gould was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1996 and the West Virginia State Bar in 1997. He is also a member of the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia; the Supreme Court of Ohio; and the United States District Court, Southern District of West Virginia.
Gould began his three-year term on the management committee in January.
