PITTSBURGH -- Stonecipher Law Firm announces that Ronald B. Roteman joined the firm as a partner on Jan. 1.
For nearly 15 years, Roteman has represented both individuals and businesses in the areas of debtors' rights, creditors' rights, insolvency (both in and out of bankruptcy court), collections, mechanics' liens, business transactions and dispute resolution.
Roteman has been certified as both a business and consumer bankruptcy specialist by the American Board of Certification. He is a board member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, and Southwinds, Inc., a non-profit provider of housing and related services benefitting mentally retarded adults.
Roteman is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, Bankruptcy Courts in the Western District of Pennsylvania and both the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the 3rd and 4th Circuit Courts of Appeals. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America in 2008 and 2009.
