WAYNE -- A man doing business as Ashworth Heating & Cooling is suing four companies for breach of contract.
Kevin D. Ashworth provided materials and labor for Coastal Management Group in the amount of $38,000, according to a complaint filed Oct. 23 in Wayne Circuit Court.
Ashworth claims South Side Properties, LL Armstrong and Kenova Box are all lien holders or creditors for Coastal Management Group.
According to the suit, Ashworth filed a Notice of Mechanic's Lien on April 24 because of Coastal Management Group's refusal to pay.
Ashworth is suing for the amount of $38,000. He is being represented by Franklin L. Gritt of Gritt Law Offices.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Darrell Pratt.
