* Plaintiff was 4 months pregnant and working as a server at Metropolitan. On Nov. 22, 2007, defendant Wohlfeil inflicted bodily injuries on Brown when he repeatedly slammed her to the ground and dragged her across the interior premises of the restaurant, throwing her out the front door. Her employment was subsequently terminated after the alleged assault. Judgment and compensatory relief is sought.

* In St. Clairsville, Ohio, on a public roadway known as Valley Center Blvd., at the 4-way intersection, near the Burger King restaurant, Burns allegedly was operating a truck in the active scope of his employment when he rear-ended plaintiffs. Karen Pennington was a front-seat passenger in this Nov. 28, 2007, collision. Compensatory judgment is demanded, jointly and severally.

* Defendant made application for admission to plaintiff's skilled nursing facility and, in exchange, he would assign his right to receive Medicaid benefits to plaintiff in the event that he became insolvent. Without the necessary documentation to secure Medicaid benefits, DHHR will deny application for benefits. Petitioner's ownership rights to those benefits will be forever lost. A decree for specific performance is sought from the Court.
