CHARLESTON -– The Executive Committee of Jackson Kelly recently re-elected Michael D. Foster and Gretchen M. Callas as Managing Member and Assistant Managing Member, respectively.
In addition, Louis S. Southworth was re-elected Chairman, and Robert J. Busse Vice Chairman, of the Executive Committee.
Jackson Kelly's Executive Committee is comprised of 11 people, including two ex-officio members. Members of the Executive Committee are charged with short-term and long-term strategic planning as well as implementation of the plans. Their roles also involve ensuring that business affairs are managed efficiently, balancing the interests of the firm and its clients.
Foster and Callas have served as Managing and Assistant Managing Member since their first election to those positions in 2007. Their roles involve responsibility for the administrative and professional management structures of the firm.
Jackson Kelly represents leading global corporations, national companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in areas of law such as environmental, business, labor and employment, federal and state workers' compensation, civil litigation and occupational safety and health. The firm has offices in Colorado, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, the District of Columbia and West Virginia.
