PERSONNEL FILE: Two promoted to members at Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso

CHARLESTON -- Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso is pleased to announce that Phillip T. Glyptis & J. Dustin Dillard have been promoted to members.

Glyptis practices in the firm's Wheeling office and concentrates his practice in medical negligence, civil litigation including professional liability, nursing home litigation, general products liability and commercial/general litigation matters.

Glyptis is licensed to practice law in West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Glyptis is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, The Energy & Mineral Law Foundation, the Defense Research Institute and the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Glyptis graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University with a degree in Industrial Engineering where he went on to earn a law degree from the West Virginia University School of Law.

Dillard practices in the firm's Charleston office and concentrates his practice in medical malpractice defense.

Dillard is a 1999 graduate of the University of Kentucky where he obtained a BBA in Finance. Immediately thereafter, Dillard attended the West Virginia University College of Law and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2002.

After clerking with the firm for two summers while in law school, Dillard joined the firm as an Associate in 2002.
