CHARLESTON -– David E. Rich has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP as Of Counsel in the Litigation Department and a member of the Mass Tort Practice Group. He will practice in the firm's Charleston office.
Prior to joining the firm, Rich was a partner in the Huntington, West Virginia firm of Baker & Rich. His practice focuses on general litigation and includes complex medical malpractice, as well as the defense of insurance companies and personal injury clients.
In addition, Rich has unique experience in the sports industry, primarily advising players from the National and Canadian Football Leagues with contract negotiations, litigation, and client counseling. He has represented 18 current and former professional football players. Rich earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University, Chase College of Law and his B.S. from Centre College.
