* Charles Yeager requested that Terry Fador drive him to the hospital to visit his son. Hertzog's vehicle struck Fador's as they drove on I-79 resulting in the death of his passenger, Yeager. Fador is seeking judgment for damages and costs.

Kimberly and Robert Bradfield vs. Dr. William Burns and Monongalia General Hospital

* Kimberly Bradfield underwent surgery for a laproscopic cholecystectomy and claims that during surgery Dr. Burns failed to secure the clips on the cystic artery to prevent bleeding. She suffered postoperative bleeding prior to discharge for which Bradfield's mother raised concerns to the nursing staff. They were advised the situation was not unusual and did not notify Dr. Burns. The Bradfield's seek judgment for damages as well as pre and post judgment interest.
