Mother sues man for daughter's death

MORGANTOWN -- A mother is suing the man she claims shot her daughter and killed her in 2008.

As a result of Knight's conduct, Squires suffered physical injury; anguish and pain; and suffering prior to her death, according to the suit.

Frasca claims Knight's acts and omissions were reckless, deliberate, wilful, wanton and/or intentional.

Frasca is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. She is being represented by Allan N. Karlin, Jane E. Peak and Sarah W. Montoro.
