Stucky * In March, the defendants engaged in busting and removing the asphalt roadway near the Jacobs' property in the process of removing old pipeline and installing new pipeline. The couple claims the defendants did so in a negligent manner and not according to construction and engineering standards. They are seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. Josephine Chenoweth claims the 72 defendants are responsible for her late husband's lung cancer and death. She is seeking a jury trial to resolve all issues involved. Ellis, Jonathan R. Mani; J- Charles King * Workman was a resident of Cedar Ridge from April 28, 2009, until May 18, 2009. Fitch claims the negligent care and treatment by the staff caused significant destruction of Workman's physical condition and led to his death on May 21, 2009.
