* Christopher Cline had autism and moderate mental retardation, according to the suit, and lived with his parents until his death on July 31, 2009. On that day, Christopher Cline and Joey Cutler, an ASC employee, went to the Cabell County Public Library and Barboursville Park. Christopher Cline fell at both locations, but Cutler chose not to take action and seek medical attention, according to the suit. Daryl Cline claims his son died in Cutler's car after vomiting and becoming unconscious. He is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest.

Deborah Oehlschlaeger, administratrix of the Estates of Jeffrey E. George, deceased, and Hannah E. George, deceased vs. General Motors de Mexico, Dutch Miller Chevrolet and Dutch Miller Enterprises

* On Dec. 3, 2008, Jeffrey George and Hannah George were in a vehicle that had been manufactured by General Motors and purchased form Dutch Miller. Oehlschlaeger claims the vehicle struck a guardrail and instantly became engulfed in flames. The father and daughter survived the initial accident and attempted to exit the vehicle, but were unable to, resulting in their deaths from burns and smoke inhalation. Oehlschlaeger claims the defendants are responsible for her husband and daughter's deaths. Oehlschlaeger is seeking compensatory damages in the amount of $25,000, and punitive damages.
