Second annual AIDE conference to be held in July

Sammons

HUNTINGTON – The Appalachian Institute of Digital Evidence will hold its second annual conference in July at the Marshall University Forensic Science Center in Huntington.

The conference will be held July 11 through July 15 and will feature sessions about advanced digital forensics, digital evidence, electronic discovery and information security.

John Sammons, the Director of the Appalachian Institute of Digital Evidence, said anyone who is interested in digital evidence can attend the conference.

"Anyone who works with digital evidence—whether they are a lawyer, a police officer or an information security professional—must keep pace with technology," Sammons said.
