WHEELING -– Dinsmore is pleased to announce that Jason Pockl has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. He will practice in the firm's Wheeling office.
Pockl serves client's needs in the areas of contract development and interpretation, employment and human resource issues, workers compensation, insurance litigation, insurance contract application, constitutional issues, medical and dental malpractice, discrimination and compliance, administrative law, and municipal government issues and concerns.
Prior to joining the firm, Pockl practiced in the Wheeling office of Bailey & Wyant, P.L.L.C. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne School of Law, his B.S. in Accounting and his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Wheeling Jesuit University.
