* The Ona woman claims she and Nelson operated a partnership performing lawn care in West Virginia and that she purchased certain equipment for use in the business. When the partnership dissolved, Nelson assumed all assets and liabilities of the partnership, according to the suit. Brown claims on March 15, 2010, they entered into a contract, which Nelson breached and caused her damages. Brown is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and
post-judgment interest.
