*Plaintiffs claim that they contracted to purchase a home with a closing scheduled April 4, 2014. They assumed all proceeded as planned after signing; however defendant failed to acquire signature of seller, they claim. Defendant has still allegedly failed to record the deed. Plaintiff alleges breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unauthorized practice of law and seeks actual and punitive damages and an order requiring deed be recorded.

*Plaintiff alleges that on March 21, he contacted the State Police to request a criminal investigation against Robert Snyder and the Spirit of Jefferson for action Snyder engaged in against plaintiff. Plaintiff alleges he was told by police that defendant did not feel criminal charges were warranted against Snyder or The Spirit. Plaintiff then filed a written request for all information on which such decision was based. Plaintiff alleges defendant failed to produce such as is required by FOIA. Defendant seeks all records as well as all costs and any other damages.

He alleges he was in compliance with racing commission policies and did his job, including reporting that horses were in condition unable to run. Plaintiff alleges Defendant succumbed to pressure of disgruntled trainers to remove Plaintiff as a state veterinarian. Plaintiff alleges disregard for legally protected rights and seeks punitive damages, lost wages, general damages, fees and any other costs.
