WHEELING - A woman is suing after allegedly coming into contact with mold spores at her rental home.
Bonnie K. Grewe filed a lawsuit April 18 against Ande LLC in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 1, 2011, Grewe was residing at a residence owned by Ande LLC on Jones St. in Wheeling. Grewe alleges that around June 1, while living in the residence, mold and mold spores formed on the walls.
Grewe alleges that she became injured after coming into contact with the mold and mold spores. She alleges Ande LLC was negligent in allowing the mold spores to grow in the residence.
Grewe is seeking an undisclosed amount of compensatory and general damages, plus costs.
She is being represented by Pittsburgh attorneys James Villanova and Michael Metro of Villanova Law Offices P.C.
