BECKLEY – A Pennsylvania company is suing to collect money owed for goods received on credit and not paid for.
On Oct. 14, 2015, the Chapel Steel Co. of Spring House, Pa. filed suit in Raleigh Circuit Court to collect a debt allegedly owed by Triple S. Corp. of Beckley.
On March 14, 2013, the plaintiff sold goods to defendants on credit and the defendants allegedly owe an unpaid balance of $4.526.97, the complaint states.
The plaintiff is seeking $4,526.97 plus interest, attorney fees and costs of litigation.
