WINFIELD — A supplier is suing Property Professionals Group LLC and Brandon Tulloh, a debtor and guarantor, citing alleged breach of contract and failure to pay for materials.
ABC Supply Co. Inc. filed a complaint on June 13 in Putnam Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they failed to comply with the terms and conditions of an agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it has not received payment for materials supplied to the defendants in the amount of $58,996.71. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly failed and refused to pay for the materials received and failed to return the executed agreement.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants jointly and severally, in the amount of $58,996.71, plus interest at the rate of 18 percent per anum, attorney's fees and costs and for any other relief that it may be entitled.
